Alarm.com Interactive Gold Central Station Monitoring Annual Service Plan
This is an annual subscription to Alarm.com Gold Service as well as Central Station Monitoring. Once purchased, you will be sent 2 activation emails with instructions on activating your Alarm.com and Central Station services. Keep in mind Alarm.com and Central Station are separate activations and you will have to complete both.
The premium residential service from Alarm.com, the Residential Interactive Gold package improves upon the Interactive Automation (Silver) service. Choosing the Gold Service changes your daily communicator supervision to 6-hour supervision so you know sooner if your system cannot communicate out. In addition, your system will now be constantly updated with the weather on the system keypads. If you have image sensors, the Gold Service improves upon the frequency and storage your service is capable of. All of the automation upgrades are included in the Gold package, with the exception of priced add-ons.
In addition, once set up, all signals from your panel will be forwarded to a Central Station to be responded to. Central Station has a set of standard procedures outlined below.

The central station's current standard response for alarms is:
Burglary: Verification #1, Verification #2, dispatch PD, then notify a contact on the call list.
Fire / Carbon Monoxide / Heat: Dispatch FD, then notify a contact at verification numbers or the call list in that order.
Panic / Holdup: Dispatch PD then notify contact on the call list.
Environmental alarms such as water, temperature or humidity: notify a contact on the call list.
System Troubles: Notify a contact on the call list.
